Groove Tubes EL34M with the XF2 getter design.

This tube is based upon a tube which is considered something of an icon to EL34 users in both the audio world and guitar amp world. There were a number of variants of the original tube and GT chose the classic XF2 dual getter version to reproduce. These shipped in most of your Marshall amps back in the day. This tube is a faithful, reverse engineered version of the 70's Mullard from England. Groove Tubes owns the tooling and supplies most of the components for this GT exclusive, proprietary design. 80% of the parts list for this tube originate in the U.S.A.! The mica comes from Georgia, for example.

These are only available through Groove Tubes and factory authorized GT Dealers. The original was a classic and this tube is on it's way to developing it's own great track record just as the GT-6L6GE, E34LS, and KT88SV proprietary tubes.
