Return Policy

  • Power Audio Solutions accepts returns for defective tubes. Generally speaking, tubes that have been opened, and are not defective, are not returnable. The exeception is for cases where a claim of improper matching has been made. Under these conditions the customer must comply with the normal return procedure outlined below. We will verify matching, and, if it is out of tolerance your shipping costs will be refunded and you will receive another matched set.

  • Returns must have prior authorization, and an RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
  • Any returned tubes must be securely and safely wrapped. The original tube box will suffice in most cases. For Groove Tubes we recommend bubble wrapping individual tubes since the GT packaging is designed to be used once.
  • Power Audio Solutions will supply a return shipping label for tubes that are non-functional upon receipt. Tubes that are returned for any other reason are to be shipped back at the customers expense. Replacement tubes will be shipped out at Power Audio Solutions expense.
  • Groove Tube power tube sets may be exchanged for a different hardness rating during the first 7 days of use. Shipping charges to and from Power Audio Solutions are at the customers' expense.
  • International Customers - We recognize the cost involved in importing goods; therefore the following policy applies: If your tubes are defective we will ship to you, at our expense, replacement product marked as 'WARRANTY REPLACEMENT - NO CHARGE'. You are responsible for return shipping charges to us.
