Most orders ship out within 24 hours. Orders containing large numbers of matched tubes, orders containing octets, or orders with special requests (i.e. balanced triodes) may take longer to fill.
We offer the following domestic shipping methods: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS Overnight Delivery. For Canadian customers, UPS Standard is also available.
Free Shipping on orders over $99.00. You must use coupon code 'freeshipping' during the checkout process. Only applies to Domestic USPS Priority Mail shipments.
International Orders: International orders may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail International, as well as by UPS Worldwide Saver. Customers selecting Priority Mail International as their shipment method must understand that this service is a very affordable and reliable choice; however, it can take as many as 21 days to receive your merchandise. The generated 'Customs Number' does not provide real-time tracking. For more accurate tracking, we recommend USPS Global Express or UPS Worldwide Services. Once the shipment arrives in the destination country it is handed over to the local postal service units and may be subject to customs inspection as well as duties and taxes. There may be customs related delays that are beyond our control. Any customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
